Hi, I’m Olivia.

I offer therapy for individuals, couples/relationships, and families seeking healing, clarity, and more connected ways of relating. I am based in Denver, serve clients across Colorado via telehealth, and offer bilingual services in English and Spanish.

My Approach

I take a non-pathologizing approach to therapy and am committed to practicing through an anti-racist, culturally responsive, and sex-positive lens. I affirm and welcome clients of diverse identities, relationship structures, and lived experiences, including LGBTQ+ communities, consensual non-monogamy and polyamory, kink, and sex work. I view these identities and ways of relating not as problems to be treated, but as meaningful expressions of human richness and diversity.

I especially enjoy working with intercultural and interracial relationships, and draw from both my clinical training and my own experience of living between cultures to support clients in navigating difference, identity, and connection.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and am available in-person and via telehealth.

Healing is an orientation to living rather than a destination. It is a commitment to mending and developing our emotional awareness and integrity.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space that is uniquely yours. It is a place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

I approach therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process. I tailor our work to you, honoring your history, culture, relationships, and inner world. Together, we will build a relationship grounded in genuineness, warmth, and acceptance, where all parts of your experience are welcome.

I primarily offer talk therapy, while also integrating body awareness and creative interventions, allowing insight to emerge not only through words but through felt experience.

Services

Relationship Therapy

I work with couples and relationship systems of many forms, including monogamous, polyamorous, and consensually non-monogamous partnerships.
Together, we explore the emotional cycles that shape your interactions — how each partner’s needs, fears, and longings become entangled in ways that can feel stuck or painful. As we deepen understanding and empathy, new ways of communicating and relating can emerge.

Relationship therapy may focus on:

  • communication and conflict patterns

  • trust, repair, and reconnection

  • navigating non-monogamy or poly dynamics

  • intimacy and sexuality

  • transitions (parenthood, relocation, life stress)

  • cultural or family-of-origin differences

  • strengthening emotional bond and security

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a space for members to understand one another more fully and shift patterns that may be creating pain or distance. My role is to support each person’s voice while also helping the family see the larger relational context they share.

Together, we may explore:

  • communication and conflict cycles

  • parent–child or sibling dynamics (ages 9+)

  • life transitions or developmental changes

  • cultural or intergenerational differences

  • separation, blending, or restructuring of families

  • healing from a shared painful experience

Cost Information

  • Individual sessions are $150 for 50 minutes and $225 for 90 minutes.

Couples and family sessions are $175 for 50 minutes and $260 for 90 minutes.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill (a detailed receipt for services) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many plans offer partial coverage for out-of-network therapy services.

I recommend using Mentaya, a service that helps clients check their out-of-network benefits and submit claims for reimbursement, which can make the process much easier. You can learn more here: mentaya.com

  • I offer a limited number of sliding-scale spots to support access to therapy for those with financial constraints. You’re welcome to reach out to ask about openings. If my sliding-scale spaces are full, I’m happy to offer referrals to other trusted clinicians and lower-cost resources in the community.
